Foot care is at the forefront of our minds during product development because we know your employees don’t have to suffer in safety boots. Plus we live and breathe excellence so we’re continuously improving our products, from the latest polyurethane innovation to shaping refined fiberglass toe caps, without compromising on slip-resistance.
We know our long-lasting boots can withstand harsh environments because we test them ourselves. Our strict quality checks assess abrasion resistance against roughened concrete and flex test our hard-wearing soles so you can be assured that every pair has already met our exacting standards.
The best materials
Quality is important to us so we use the best materials to build our boots. Our key component - polyurethane - is made when polyol and isocyanat combine. The air bubbles that cushion your feet are formed in 50 degree heat and help to keep the polyurethane flexible. Polyurethane safety boots are 1 kilogram lighter than PVC alternatives and 3 times more resistant to oils and chemicals.
For some boot styles we combine water repellant pure Italian-tanned leather with waterproof membranes and windtex thermal lining with an innovative heat-regulating membrane. This lining repels water and wind and prevents foot abrasion by maintaining breathable conditions between your skin and the inner fabric.
Life is made easier when your safety boots are fit for purpose. Don’t just take our word for it – read what our happy clients say about their integra.boot experience.
